By clicking "Apply", “Aplikuj” or by sending your application to the job advertisement in any other way to Prime Force sp. z o. o. you are agreeing to the processing of your personal data included in your application by Prime Force sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-805, Chmielna 132/134, for the purposes of the recruitment process indicated in the job advertisement.

We process your personal data as indicated in the Labor Law code or in other regulations, in accordance with the legal provisions. Providing this data is necessary for us to be able to process your application in the recruitment process (article 6, point 1b of Regulation EU 2016/679 - GDPR). Processing of other personal data (i.e. your image) is voluntary and based on the consent you gave by sending your application. Providing additional data does not affect your chances in the recruitment proces.

You have access to your personal data, including getting the access, correcting, requesting for deleting, limiting of its processing, raising objections to process or move the data (for which you agreed) to different data administrator. You can also file a complaint to the President of Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).  Retreating your consent has no influence on the compliance with the law of processing which was agreed before its withdrawal.

We process your personal data in order to conduct recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement for the period of 3 months, when you have agreed to participate in future recruitments for the period of 1 year.

Your personal data will be stored in an IT recruitment system HRlink provided by Online Technologies HR Sp. z o. o.  with its registered office in Szczecin.
