Skills
Infrastructure/operations specialists, too, are interested in new software products and technologies. They work thoroughly and conscientiously, because the tiniest fault can cause major system crashes. In the event of technical problems, they look for clues like detectives until they have solved the case. They often work unsociable hours (evenings, nights or weekends). Therefore, flexibility and patience are vital to an infrastructure/operations specialist.
