IT CONSULTANT / JAVA WEB DEVELOPER (F/M)

Your tasks

  • You analyse requirements and conceive the implementation of the software solution.
  • Specialisation in backend or frontend:
    • Production of HTML prototypes (frontend)
    • Development of web-based applications, components and services for web launches or Intranet portals for customers based on CMS (Adobe)
    • Work in Scrum teams

Your profile

  • Thorough IT training (technical college, vocational school, university) or equivalent knowledge
  • Java skills an advantage
  • Experience with CMS (Adobe Cq5, TYPO3, Joomla, Durpal, Magnolia etc.) an advantage
  • Experience in frontend development (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 and HTML5) an advantage

IT PROJECT MANAGER

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for a project and lead the project team through the entire development process.
  • You lead the IT project and coordinate the development team.
  • You manage the realisation of demanding software solutions.
  • You look after the requirements and change management.
  • You support, advise and coach internal and external project teams.
  • You help with customer queries and tenders.

Your profile

  • Higher vocational training (IT engineering at vocational school/university, commercial IT specialist at vocational school/university)
  • Several years of proven project experience in the IT environment (preferably in international branches)
  • Several years of practical existence in professional software development as a requirement, software or test engineer
  • Certification in project management (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) an advantage
  • At least three years of experience in project management
  • Practical experience in the development of software solutions based on Java or .Net (Hands-On)
  • Experience in the financial service, automobile or insurance sector an advantage.
  • Knowledge of iterative procedure models (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, RUP) and in project management (e.g. PMI, CMMI)
  • Mother tongue German, good knowledge of English

Your tasks

  • You analyse and conceive demanding software solutions and implement them.
  • You organise workshops or conduct interviews with various stakeholders.
  • You produce development artefacts such as use cases, user stories, software requirements specifications or tender documentation.
  • You support the project management.
  • You look after the requirements and change management.
  • You help with testing (e.g. with the definition of Acceptance Test Criteria).
  • You support, advise and coach internal and external project teams.

Your profile

  • Higher vocational training (IT engineering at vocational school/university, commercial IT specialist at vocational school/university)
  • Several years of proven project experience in the IT environment (preferably in international branches)
  • Practical experience in the development of software solutions based on Java or .Net (Hands-On)
  • Experience in Requirement Engineering and in Business and Systems Analysis (suitable certificates preferred, e.g. IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering)
  • OOAD with UML (suitable certificates preferred, e.g. OMG Certified UML Professional)
  • Knowledge of iterative procedure models (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, RUP) and in project management (e.g. PMI, CMMI)
  • Initial experience as a (partial) project manager an advantage
  • Mother tongue German, good knowledge of English
